Working with Jenny and the architects was an absolute breeze! I made several changes to my original plan and Jenny made me feel very comfortable in doing so. I would definitely recommend a floor plan through them because they are so customizable and knowledgeable with the process
Costs between $450k-$460k not including land in Kentucky 12/2022, Poured the slab February 2022, 10 months to complete which does not include all of the prep work before the slab-like the water line, excavation work, etc .
