The above Beulah Version 2 plan was rearranged to move the Master suite away from the kitchen. If you would like to be near the kitchen, consider the original Beulah.

The Beulah features a 3,000 sq. ft. living area plus a 200 sq. ft. combo mud and laundry room.

This plan can be a 3-bedroom plus an office or a 4-bedroom barndominium floor plan.

The original Beulah also features a loft, which this plan could incorporate.

The shop is 50 ’ x 40 ′ minus the mud/laundry room area.

Baby Beulah Version 50′ x 52′ – 2 bedroom – 2.5 bathroom (2,600 sq ft living 50′ x 48′ shop)  

The above floor plan is the Baby Beulah for those people who like the layout but do not want the larger floor plan.

The Baby is a 50×100 barndominium floor plan featuring a shop, a 2,600 sq. ft. main living area, and a 200 sq. ft. mudroom with a half bath.

The shop is an additional 48×50 minus the mud room. This plan also has porches on three sides like its’ bigger siblings.

Beulah V4 50′ x 60′ – 6 bedroom – 4 bathroom (3,000 sq ft living 45′ x 30′ shop)  

The Beulah V4 6-bedroom barndominium floor plan with shop features similarities to the original Beulah plan, but with an expanded 2nd level to house additional bedrooms, storage, and a home gym.  The master bath shower becomes a center focal point, maintaining all other features of the Master Bath. The kitchen and pantry are reconfigured to gain access to the upper level while not compromising the home’s open concept.   The expanded LAU in this version can meet many goals, including storage, by adding a refrigerator/freezer or even adding a dog wash station.  This version has a front and back porch that reaches the majority of the barndo plan.  If you want more, you can add the side wrapped porch original to the Beulah plan.
